OneX Backoffice
Overview
OneX Backoffice is a comprehensive enterprise administration platform I built for Projekteins GmbH as part of their ONE EXPERIENCE e-commerce middleware ecosystem. The platform serves as the central hub for managing retail operations, user permissions, and store configurations.
As the lead and sole developer on this project, I was responsible for the complete architecture, development, and implementation of the backoffice system. The application integrates seamlessly with the OneX cash register application, providing administrators full control over their retail network.
The Challenge
Projekteins needed a robust administration interface that could handle complex multi-tenant retail operations. The challenge was to create a system flexible enough to manage users across multiple store locations, each with their own permission requirements, while maintaining a clean and intuitive interface for daily use.
The platform needed to handle user authentication that ties into their cash register POS system, discount management with complex business rules, and store-level configurations — all while being accessible to non-technical retail managers.

Building this entire system solo — from architecture decisions to final deployment — was a significant undertaking that deepened my expertise in enterprise application development, complex state management, and designing for real-world business workflows.
